By booking a session, purchasing a gift certificate, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

  • Astrology readings and related offerings provided by Kimber Mitchell are intended for personal insight, reflection, and education. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old.
    Parents or legal guardians may book Child Chart Readings for minors.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. Rates may change at any time, but cannot be retroactively applied to scheduled readings.

  • All readings are conducted live via Zoom. Recordings are provided when possible but cannot guaranteed due to rare possibility of a file corruption.

  • All charts, written materials, graphics, and recordings provided during or after your session are for personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

  • By participating in a session, you accept full responsibility for your own choices, interpretations, and actions. Kimber Mitchell is not liable for any outcomes related to decisions made based on session content or website information.

  • Kimber Mitchell reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when a request is outside her scope, misaligned with her practice, or otherwise inappropriate.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase, you may receive a full refund, minus the processing fee (if applicable).

    • You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no additional cost.

    • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session, the rescheduling fee will be the full fee of your session.

  • Gift certificates are nonrefundable but balances can be transferred.

  • If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened out of respect for other clients’ appointments.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Session recordings are provided whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed in the event of technical difficulties. A missing or corrupted recording does not qualify for a refund.

  • If your Focused Exploration request is outside my scope (i.e. chart rectification, business astrology, etc.), I will decline the booking, provide a refund, and offer a referral.
