I can’t believe my baby will be 8 at the end of this month.

I took some time to look over old photographs of him as a baby.

This one has always been a favorite of mine.

At the time of this photograph these two had a mutual respect for each other.

This is about as close as they would get to one another.

She is a viscious little thing and though he never hurt her he would try to intimidate her by stomping his foot at her.

At the time I truly believed he could speak “dog” and she spoke “baby”.

They understood one another.

Nowadays they are the best of friends.
