I’d like to ask everyone to please pray for Donetta.

Donetta is Chris’s former wife, but more importantly she’s Brittneigh’s Mom.

She was recently diagnosed with stage 3 uterine cancer.

Unfortunately she was diagnosed very late because of previous health issues which masked the symptoms of the growing cancer.

Her doctor has had her on a low dose of chemotherapy up until this week in hopes things would shrink so they could do surgery and hopefully remove all the cancer.

Her ultrasound earlier this week indicated her cancer has spread even further.

They are now starting her on a very high dose of chemotherapy which means things are going to get much worse for her.

This weekend Chris will be discussing this most recent information with Brittneigh which will I’m sure be a very difficult discussion.

Some of you know this, but many don’t that Chris and Donetta moved to Indiana from California leaving their entire families behind.

So if you could please pray not only for Donetta’s healing, but for our family to be able to provide the emotional support Brittneigh needs to get through this very difficult time.

She is a mere 17 years old. Still just a young girl in high school.

She was diagnosed with Lyme Disease a few years ago.

She is very sick and also very weak from her illness.

She is asking anyone who reads her blog to please keep her in our prayers.

On her behalf I ask you to please please please keep her in your prayers.

She only wants to feel better for the holidays.

Doesn’t that just pull at your heartstrings?
