Seriously?

Don’t people have bigger fish to fry?

I mean I’m just a part time photographer and you have to go and attack my photo blog?

What’s the purpose?

Sorry folks for the inconvenience these pee-ons have caused.

Please bear with me until I have a chance to repair my photography blog.

The main site is fine but somehow only the blog part of it has been compromised.

I’ll keep you informed and let you know when I’m back up and running.

Sorry for the missing posts from recently folks.

I finally figured out how to move my old posts over from my old server.

Unfortunately when I did it replaced everything and gave the new posts the boot.

Yep, they’re gone.

. . . . .and they look kind of funky because when I rebuilt this crazy thing I used a different theme so the photos and text will look a little weird until I get time to fix them.

Note to self: Don’t ever ever ever under any circumstances change hosts again.

Hello all my lovely readers. 

I just wanted to make everyone aware of something.

You see that square over to the right that says Kimber B Photography?

You see it, I know you do.  It has Wendy’s lovely albeit huge prego belly displayed for you all to see.

Well if you click on that square it will take you to my new photography blog.

That’s the place where I will post all the lovely photos of people that ask me to take their photos on purpose.

I can’t believe I received 2 awards in less than a week. Thanks so much Victoria for awarding me “The Superior Scribbler” award. I’m honored.

The Unconventional Doctor’s Wife – Not your average doctor’s wife. She’s down to earth and funny to boot.

The award you see above was given to me by The Unconventional Doctor’s Wife. She isn’t your typical doctor’s wife by any means. She is a Christian lady who is very down to earth and I’m sure an absolutely “fabulous” friend to anyone who knows her personally. I love reading her blog as well as her husbands “The Unconventional Doctor“.

Now here is a list of what is fabulous to me:

♥ 1. My husband of course. He is one of the most awesome guys on the planet. We met while working together at the hospital and my life hasn’t been the same since the day we met. He is one of the funniest people I know. He spoils me much more than he needs to, but don’t tell him I said so.

♥ 2. Pedicures. I love pedicures. I don’t get them nearly as often as I need to. Years and years of being a barefoot country girl has definitely not been such a good thing for the ole tootsies.

♥ 3. Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Twist is to die for. I just discovered this lovely lovely drink a couple of weeks ago. I’m not much of a coffee drinker and it has to be what I call a fru fru drink before I will like it. I usually prefer my coffee drinks iced but this one is yummy warm, I haven’t tried it iced and I may just have to do that . . . . .soon. Like maybe on Thursday when I’m forced out of my home by my cleaning lady/person. . . .which leads me to:

♥ 4. My cleaning lady/person/best friend Carol. We’ve known each other since kindergarten and she will be my bff. When Chris called her to get a cleaning person referral she would have none of that. She says she wouldn’t let anyone else do it and I love her for that. Not only do I never have to clean but since I have to leave while it’s being done (killer dust allergy) I don’t have to worry about leaving a stranger alone in my house.

♥ 5. My girlfriends at work. I mean seriously we’re like family. We actually spend as much time together as we would if we were family. Those 12 hour night shifts just wouldn’t be the same without them.

. . . .and I’m passing the award on to these fabulous people:

• Victoria - She’s such a sweet girl. Only a high school student and she’s already been through so much. I love reading her updates on her illness and try to check in daily. Check her out.

• Steph – I love love love her recipes. There are so many I would love to try if only I had more time or at least more days that I wasn’t too tired to cook or that my family was actually all home at the same time.

• Michaelle – “Monkey’s Mama”. She seems to have such a full and happy life, she shares my love for photography. Quite the go-getter, she homeschools her son, works as a health care worker, has 3 different blogs (I have no idea how you keep up with them all). I think she’s just fab.

• Wendy – “Windlebugs” is her bloggy name. She loves crosstitching and seems a little shy which is one of those endearing things about her. I used to be that way. Don’t know what happened, I lost it somewhere along this crazy road called life. Honestly though, I was so shy as a youngster I wouldn’t even answer the telephone.

• Lisa – Seriously if you need a pick-me-up just check out her blog header. She has one of the most infectious smiles. I just recently started following her blog and I’m so happy to have found her. So jump on over and take a look.
