Not Me! Monday (Updated)
**Update – Baby Stellan has taken a turn for the worse. MckMama took him to the clinic this morning and was sent to the Hospital after being seen there. His RSV test came back positive which means he is very sick and is having trouble breathing. They are admitting him to the ICU where they can monitor him more closely. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
MckMama is not hosting a NMM this week due to Stellans recent illness and scary trip to the ER overnight, but since I had already prepared for this week, I decided to go ahead and post anyway. Thankfully Stellan is okay and his tachycardia wasn’t related to his previous heart failure. God is good.
This week:
* I did NOT go just slightly ballistic because my son wrecked my car ~again~. I mean what mother would be so upset about this happening only a few weeks prior to turning in her “leased” car? NOT me. (Luckily he wasn’t hurt)
* I did NOT contemplate turning this in on his father’s insurance since he carries said son on his policy. (Read previous post about my jinxed car to understand why)
* I did NOT finally get over this crazy illness that’s had me down for weeks now.
* I am NOT posting from my new laptop that my wonderful hubby gave me for Christmas.
* I did NOT go see “Marley and Me” on Christmas day. We did NOT drive all the way into Greenwood (1 hour away) first to run 2 errands then when arriving to the theater at just the time for the movie to start see that the line into the theater is coming all the way out the front doors. We did NOT then leave Greenwood, drive another 40 minutes to Plainfield to make it to the next viewing time at their theater. Fifteen minutes into the movie the projector stopped working and we did NOT receive free movie passes to come back to their theater.
* I was NOT overjoyed this morning to see that baby Stellan was released from the ER and was able to travel home with his family today. I was NOT also extremely relieved that there was no indication that his very high heart rate last night was in any way related to his previous heart issues in-utero.
Don’t forget to join us next week at My Charming Kids to share all the things you did or did NOT do.
