Those Were The Days
I was looking through some old photos and realize it’s been 20 long years since my high school graduation. I also realize with each passing day I get closer and closer to the big 4-0. Funny how things and people change throughout the years. I sure didn’t think I would be where I am today. As a high school senior I had big aspirations of becoming an airline stewardess traveling the world over. Not even one thought of college had crossed my mind at that point. So 50 thousand different hairdo’s and at least 20 billion different clothing sizes later here I am aged 38 working with teeny tiny babies in intensive care, and loving almost every second of it. Getting ready to send my own teen off to college in about a year and a half and wondering where has the time gone???
Thank goodness these hairstyles are not the “in” thing right now. I just might have to shoot myself.
