Flooding
As most of you are aware, my little town is flooded. Lucky for us our home is on a hill and we will never have a problem with flood waters, but 90% of the town of Paragon is under water and has been evacuated. Both highway 37 and 67 are closed in certain areas. My boys are stranded at their dad’s house until roads are able to be traveled. He lives just south of Martinsville right off of highway 37 right in the middle of the area that is closed. Traveling home from work this morning I did have to drive through some areas that were under a foot of water, these areas have pretty much cleared up. Tomorrow I plan on venturing out and taking pictures of what I can of the floods so check back for an update.
