Happy Birthday Jules!!
Last Monday was my very dear friend Julie’s birthday. Lucky for me Monday is one of our nights off work so we were able to go out and celebrate along with her, Joe and a small group of friends. Julie is a beautiful person inside and out and I really miss spending time with her.
We’ve been friends since I first started in the NICU at St. Francis (she’s a nurse there). Every Saturday night I would stay at her house since she lived only minutes away from the hospital, and I was over an hour away. It was literally like a slumber party every weekend. We’ve had many very similar life challenges and have seen each other through some very trying times.
